Shelter Building and Wild Pizza Experience with Way of the Wild
Castle Kennedy Gardens is delighted to host Way of the Wild Ranger Christy Miles for this fun-filled day, which will take place in the beautiful setting of the gardens. Whilst reconnecting with nature in this beautiful setting, you will be taught the basics of Backwood Survival Shelter building, as well as to build your very own shelter. Once the shelters have been built, it will be time to create and cook your Pizza on an open fire.
Please bring suitable outdoor clothing with you. Places are limited to 6 families or a maximum of 24 individual places. NB a minimum of 4 individual places needs to be booked for the event to go ahead.
Christy Miles is a qualified Outdoor and Environmental Educationalist and is the owner operator of Way of the Wild. She is passionate about inspiring individuals to reconnect with the natural environment.
